What to log
- Period: start day, end day, and flow.
- Symptoms: cramps, mood, energy, skin, sleep, headaches.
- Notes: training, travel, stress, medication, anything notable.
When to log
Daily, 30 seconds. Keep it frictionless so you actually do it.
